Given this should we all in the workplace for sure, but also in society work to understand our bias and privilege and challenge our assumptions. By acknowledging, understanding and mitigating bias, it can lead to freedom of thought, better problem solving and greater innovation.
We are going to end this week with a story of a primary school teacher who asked her students to complete well-known phrases commonly used by adults and this is what happened. Fill in the ‘correct answer’ and see what the students came up with:
